I want to showcase any songs by various bands which I feel might not be getting the attention they deserve, starting with those by the beloved nu-metallers, Korn - who have already taken up a large part of this blog. In keeping with my OCD-esque nature, I will present these songs in chronological order, so I start with Korn's self-titled album.
Song of Choice: Helmet in the Bush
For those of you who have seen the rest of this blog, you'll know my opinion on this song, but to justify, it possesses a style which differs from the rest of the album. I think it's a little overlooked due to its position before the controversial track, Daddy (which, by the way, I love immensely), but there is so much tension, like a compressed spring, in this song, that I can't let it go unnoticed.
